These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by 360 Ballistics, LLC (“360 Ballistics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at www.360ballistics.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Site (including “360 Ballistics,” “Amidon,” “Amidon Inc,” “Amidon Shield,” “Amidon Ballistic Concrete,” “ABC,” “ArmorBlock,” “Guardian,” “eShield,” “vShield,” and “CarbonCrete”) are owned by or licensed to 360 Ballistics or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

You may not, without our express written permission:

• Republish material from the Site;
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial purposes; or
• Redistribute content from the Site, except where the content is specifically and explicitly made available for redistribution.

3. Submissions and inquiries

If you submit an inquiry, quote request, capabilities-statement request, or other communication to us through the Site, you represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, or otherwise sensitive information through the Site’s public forms. For controlled communications, contact us through the appropriate secure channel.

Certain 360 Ballistics products, technical data, and services may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). 9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
